Had an absolute blast at Down on the Farm. A tiny festival on its way to becoming a big thing! Massive shout out to the team for doing such a fantastic job. Thank you so much to all the amazing people who rocked out with us and bought our album, it means the world to us. Big love to the beautiful bands we got to hang out with – it was awesome to see such an epic collection of artists while enjoying some sunshine and a few flagons of the farm’s tasty cider.

We’ve finally recovered from our crazy launch party shenanigans last week. We still can’t believe how many of you came to Clwb Ifor Bach to rock out with us – we’re so grateful. We’re now getting ready to focus on a year of all sorts of interesting adventures. We hope we can count on your support, as we are after all, still an independent band striving for success, but believe us when we say that we are determined to make every single one of you proud to be a fan of Red Room Therapy. We’re absolutely delighted to announce we will be having the official launch party for our début album ‘All in the Mind’ at Clwb Ifor Bach on the 11th of March, with support from two of our favourite bands, Dead Shed Jokers and Florence Black.

It’s been an absolutely manic journey since we released our first EP at the Muni Arts Centre three years ago, and we’re seriously excited to be having another launch party. We’re gonna play songs from our new album, as well as some of our old songs and have a few whiskeys along the way. We hope you’re all ready to party with us! RRT. x
